We publish what we got wrong, and what it changed.
Most agency About pages list values. This one lists corrections. Every entry below is something that failed, and the specific change it forced.
Eight years to earn the right to guarantee anything.
What has happened since. Coaches who start with us tend to stay. Our longest current engagement is eight months and continuing, which matters more to us than any acquisition number, because outreach only compounds if somebody sticks around long enough to let it.
The people.

Eight corrections, in order.
A client had no proof, so we went and got some.
What happenedNo testimonial, no statistic, no track record. They asked us to write claims we could not stand behind.
What we didRefused, then took his programme ourselves, end to end, and got the genuine result.
What changedWe became their first real testimonial. The Truth Principle became the rule everything else follows from. Nothing goes out unless it is true. If the truth does not exist yet, we go and make it real.
We spent on ads and bought a list of people who wanted free things.
What happenedThe leads arrived. Almost none of them intended to pay for anything. They wanted the PDF.
What we didStopped the spend and rebuilt the approach around hyper-targeted organic outreach to named people.
What changedWe no longer run ads. Not as a rule against them, but because choosing two hundred specific people has consistently produced better clients for our clients than paying an algorithm. We have learned that our clients love it when their burn rate is low or none.
A coach was camera shy, and our method needed his face.
What happenedWe asked for photographs and video to sell their programme. They did not want to be on camera, and the whole plan stalled on it.
What we didBuilt an outbound engine that does not depend on their face, feed, or their willingness to perform.
What changedBeing visible stopped being a prerequisite. A coach can now start with outreach alone and add visibility later, or never.
The meetings landed. The programmes did not sell.
What happenedA campaign delivered the conversations. The coach missed some of them, and lost the ones they attended.
What we didBuilt their sales deck, walked them through it, and coached them on the call itself.
What changedSales conversation coaching is now part of the engagement if requested by our clients. A booked meeting that does not convert is our problem too.
A client approved every word, and the performance died.
What happenedEvery message required sign off before it was sent. By the time it went out, they had rewritten it into the thing that had never worked for them in the first place.
What we didStopped, and changed where approval sits.
What changedYou approve the voice once, at the start, from your own transcript. After that, messages ship and get judged on replies rather than on how they read before anyone has seen them. Nothing goes out that is untrue, and nothing waits for a comma.
Two engagements ended early for the same reason.
What happenedOne coach ran entirely on referrals and wanted brand assets rather than growth. Another expected results inside weeks. Neither engagement got anywhere, and neither produced anything we could show.
What we didEnded both, and wrote down what we should have asked first.
What changedQualification happens before a contract now, not after. There is a published list of who we say no to, and we use it.
We mapped a market and found nothing worth taking.
What happenedA coach came to us ready to pay. The competitor map showed the angle was saturated, with no gap worth building on.
What we didSaid so on the call and did not take the work.
What changedMarket mapping now happens before anyone signs, and it is free. If we cannot find the gap, you get the report and we get nothing. That is the correct outcome.
One service became two.
What happenedTwo kinds of coach kept arriving. One wanted clients without becoming a public figure. The other wanted the network, the authority and the content, and was willing to be visible for it.
What we didStopped trying to sell both of them the same thing.
What changedThe Signal Engine builds the offer and runs the outreach, with nothing depending on your face or your feed. The Recognition System builds the voice, the content and the presence, end to end. Same standard underneath. Different starting points.
What has not changed.
- We work with you, not for you. The subject matter comes from you. Your topics, your stories, the way you actually speak. We will not invent a personality and paste it onto you.
- Every asset is yours from the day it is made. Not on exit, not on request.
- We report what died. In writing, every fortnight, with the angle we are killing named.
Why coaching only.
Most agencies serve SaaS and ecommerce, where the budgets are, and take coaching clients on the side using the same playbook.
We went the other way. One industry, four markets, and a buyer map rebuilt for each one, because who signs off in Dallas is not who signs off in Dubai.
Sometimes it is not, and saying so early is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month four.
