We fill your inbox with the right conversations. You do the coaching.
Your profile, your content, your network and your inbound, run as one engine. Built from your voice, aimed at the people who would actually buy from you.
Live in week three · Guaranteed from month three · You own every asset
The engine, always running.
Your voice and topics, off one recorded hour
What your profile currently signals to a stranger
Profile, pillars, calendar, lead magnet
Posts, comments, connections, every day
Which touchpoints produced messages, in writing
The inbox rewrites next month’s content
Each cycle costs less and returns more, because the engine is learning your audience while it runs.
You are good at this. LinkedIn does not show it.
You post when you remember. It gets likes from other coaches. Nobody who could hire you has any idea you exist.
The coaches getting inbound are not better at the work. They are legible. Someone lands on their profile and understands in eight seconds who they help and what happens next.
That gap is a build problem, not a talent problem.
Who this is for.
You are willing to be visible.
Out front, quoted, on camera sometimes. If you would rather stay behind the work entirely, the Signal Engine is for you and on the other page.
Your clients are individuals.
People spending their own money on their own life.
You have no intention of becoming a content creator.
An hour a week with your stories. Not four hours writing posts.
You are tired of posting into nothing.
Likes from peers, no messages from buyers.
Week one produces five documents you own. Before a single post publishes.
- 01The Coherence Audit. What your profile signals now, and the gap to what you claim.
- 02The Voice Extraction. How you actually speak, pulled from your transcript.
- 03The Content Pillars. The four or five things you will be known for.
- 04The Audience Map. Who should be following you, and who currently is.
- 05The Publishing Calendar. Ninety days of themes, sequenced.
Five documents. One agreed voice. Yours whether you continue or not.
Want the free version of step 04 first? Built by hand, yours in 48 hours.
Why most coach content fails.
It is written for other coaches
Industry language is comfortable and it attracts peers. Your buyer does not use the word transformation about themselves.
The profile does not hold up
A post earns the click. The profile decides everything after it. Most effort goes into the post.
There is no right room to see it
Ten thousand followers made of coaches, marketers and recruiters is a room with nobody in it who can hire you.
It sounds like an agency wrote it
One house style across every client produces content that sounds like nobody, and readers discount it.
The anatomy of a post that gets a message.
Every post we write runs on the same four moves. Once it is named, it repeats.
- Line 01The recognition. Name something the reader has felt and not said. They recognise themselves before they know what the post is about.
- Line 02The turn. Move the cause from something fixed to something changeable. This is where the reader’s shoulders drop.
- Line 03The specific. One real detail from your practice. A client moment, a number, a thing that actually happened. This is what proves you have done the work.
- Line 04The open door. A question, not a pitch. Somewhere for a reply to land.
The discipline underneath
Two sentences to open, one to pivot, three at most after that. White space, no walls of text, readable on a phone between meetings.
What changes per client
The moves are fixed. The words come from your transcript. If a post does not sound like you, it does not publish.
How one reader becomes a client.
Illustrative journey. Signals accumulate long before anybody fills in a form.
| Day | What happens | Signals |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Sees your comment on a post they follow | 1 · unaware |
| 09 | A post appears in their feed. No action | 2 · exposed |
| 20 | Follows you after a second post lands | 3 · following |
| 34 | Saves a post. Does not engage publicly | 4 · private interest |
| 48 | Reads your profile properly, end to end | 5 · verifying |
| 61 | Downloads the lead magnet | 6 · named |
| 70 | Replies to a comment thread | 7 · visible |
| 82 | Sends a message. Something has changed for them | 8 · in conversation |
| 90 | Books a call | 9 · QUALIFIED |
Read the gap between day 01 and day 82. Eleven weeks of presence before a message arrives, and nine separate touches they never announced.
This is why the guarantee starts in month three. It is also why one month of posting proves nothing and five months compounds.
What we report.
A written verdict every fortnight, not a dashboard.
| Metric | Baseline | Month 3 | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profile views per week | 40 | 130 | SCALE |
| Inbound messages per month | 1 | 5 | SCALE |
| Post saves per month | 3 | 22 | HOLD |
| Follower growth | flat | steady | HOLD |
| Pillar | Posts | Saves | Inbound | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Client story | 6 | 41 | 4 | SCALE |
| The mistake nobody admits | 5 | 33 | 3 | SCALE |
| Behind the practice | 6 | 12 | 1 | HOLD |
| Industry commentary | 7 | 8 | 0 | KILL |
| Segment | Month 1 | Month 3 | Verdict |

| Fits your client profile | 18% | 44% | SCALE |
| Other coaches | 51% | 29% | HOLD |
| Unrelated | 31% | 27% | KILL |

The economics of an audience you own.
Paid attention is rented. It stops the day the card does, and it leaves nothing behind.
| Month 1 | Month 3 | Month 6 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Posts published | 8 | 24 | 48 |
| People who could hire you, following | small | growing | substantial |
| Content written from real inbound | none yet | most | all of it |
| Effort to produce a conversation | highest | falling | lowest |
Nothing here resets. The forty-eighth post is still working when the ninety-sixth publishes. The audience does not disappear when an invoice does.
That compounding is the entire argument for organic over paid at your price point, and it is why we do not run ads.
What most agencies will not do.
| Most agencies | The Recognition System | |
|---|---|---|
| Voice | One house style across every client | Extracted from your own recorded transcript |
| Topics | A calendar bought off a shelf | Your material, your stories, your market |
| Profile | Left alone | Rebuilt before a single post publishes |
| Network | Whoever follows, follows | Grown deliberately toward your buyer |
| Engagement | Automated likes | Real comments, written by a person |
| Reporting | Reach and impressions | Which pillar produced messages, and what we are killing |
| The inbox | Yours to manage | Handled and qualified by us |
| Post structure | Whatever the writer felt like | A fixed four-move anatomy, rewritten per client |
Nine qualified conversations a quarter. From month three.
- QualifiedSomeone inside your client profile who reached out or replied, engaged properly, and attended a call with you. Not a connection. Not a like.
- If we miss itWe keep working at no charge until the number is booked.
- Why month threeLook at the journey above. Presence takes eleven weeks to produce a message. A guarantee made in month one is a guess about an audience that has not formed yet.
- What suspends itContent not approved inside five days. Feedback slower than 48 hours. Calls you do not attend.
- Your exitNo lock in. No exit penalty at day 150. Everything built stays yours.
How it runs.

- Weeks 5 to 8Network growth at pace, pillars tested against real inbound
- Month 3Guarantee begins. Conversations booked
- Weeks 9 to 20Content rewritten from what the inbox reveals

The Coherence Audit · Voice Extraction document · Content pillars · Rebuilt profile · Every post written for you · Your lead magnet · Your audience map · Ninety days of calendar · Every fortnightly report
All of it, permanently. Leave at day 150 and you still walk out with your own voice on the page, an audience that did not exist before, and a method you have watched work.
Who is behind it.
Coaching is the only industry we serve. Not SaaS or ECom with coaches on the side.
Ankita and her team write it. AI assists with drafting and does not decide what you sound like.
NLP certified. Our posts name a pattern someone recognises in themselves. That is a construction with a method behind it, which is why it repeats.
Four markets. United States, United Kingdom, Australia, MENA.
Questions people ask.
My clients tell me things in confidence. How do you write about the work?
We use the pattern, never the person. The thing you have heard forty times, stripped of anything identifying. You approve every post before it publishes.
If my niche is sensitive like grief, addiction, divorce. Can that be posted about?
Carefully. A post names something the reader already recognises. It never manufactures pain to sell against. If we cannot clear that bar in your niche, we say so.
Will this attract other coaches instead of clients?
That is the usual failure. We report what percentage of new followers fit your client profile against what percentage are peers. If peers are climbing, the pillars are wrong and we change them.
Am I giving away my method for free?
You give away the recognition, not the method. Nobody reads a post about a pattern and resolves it alone.
I posted for a year and got nothing. Why is this different?
Usually one of three things: aimed at peers, a profile that did not back up the post, or nothing measured. The Coherence Audit in week one tells you which.
What if a post lands badly?
It comes down. Then we work out whether it was the angle or the wording, and that goes in the next report.
Will people know someone else wrote it?
They can tell when it comes from a brief. Ours comes from your transcript. The test is whether you could say the sentence out loud unchanged.
Do I answer the comments and messages?
No. We handle the inbox and hand you the conversations worth your time.
What is the hour a week actually for?
Twenty minutes on what came back, forty minutes talking. The talking is where next month's content comes from. Approvals happen separately.
What happens if I stop at day 150?
The audience stays. So do the posts, the pillars, the audience map and the list. Nothing is in our name.
I need to disappear for a month.
Say so and we bank content ahead. The engine runs without you present. We cannot take your calls for you.
